Returns:
We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery and the product must be in unused, original condition with all packaging intact.
To initiate a return, email us at hugandbox@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting images. Personalized products are non-returnable.
Refunds:
Refunds are issued for damaged or incorrect items. Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
